Shannon Greene Robb, Founder/Owner | Arranmore Events
President | Arranmore Farm + Polo Club
Born and raised in Naperville, Shannon knew at an early age that her vision was to create opportunities to see the world through the unique lens of creative experiences. Arranmore is the living, breathing manifestation of that mission to create community and inspiration through the arts.
After graduating from Chicago's acclaimed private arts high school, The Chicago Academy for the Arts, Shannon's aspirations led her to Berklee College of Music in Boston to pursue a major in Piano Performance. As fate would have it, a year of playing too hard on the keys left her unable to play piano for three years, and it was at that point in her career when she began to play with everything else. After earning a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from DePaul University, Shannon found freedom outside her classical training through Columbia College Chicago‘s masters program in Interdisciplinary Arts. There, Shannon’s passion for all artistic media flew to new heights as she collaborated with other artists throughout Chicago. Through performance, composition, and installation, she began to create work that defied the traditional constraints and labels of “art.” In turn, she was inspired to continually push the boundaries of what is possible.
After founding the not-for-profit ArranmoreArts in 2006, Shannon began to expand the mission of "living inspired" into cultural based events at the family farm- Arranmore Farm + Polo Club. Within the past four years, Arranmore has become one of the premier outdoor venues in the Chicagoland area including; polo games, concerts, weddings, festivals and corporate + private events.
Shannon’s work has been featured in multi-media installations, performances and public spaces in Downtown Naperville and at Chicago area venues including Woman Made Gallery, Glass Curtain Gallery, Links Hall, and Ruth Page Center for Dance. She was the first alumna to be named Chair of the Music Department at The Chicago Academy for the Arts. Shannon is the 2018 recipient of the "My Fair Lady" award which is the recognition of a business woman who has made a difference through significant contributions in the Naperville community.
Shannon was appointed by The City of Naperville as a Commissioner for Special Events Cultural Amenities (SECA), sits on the board of ARTSpeaks and is a member of the Artist-in-Residence Advisory Committee at the DuPage Children's Museum.
Lara Filip, Artistic Director + Producer |
Lara Filip is a native Chicagoan who has spent her entire life in the entertainment industry. Her career began at age 5, singing alongside her parents on commercial jingles. From there, she has evolved into one of Chicago’s most versatile artists. Lara attended The Chicago Academy for the Arts (where she and Arranmore Founder, Shannon Greene Robb first met and composed music together), as a vocal performance major. Filip was a founding member and Artistic Director for Oroboros Theatre Company and served on the Board of Directors for Theatre-Hikes, where she gained her knowledge of not-for-profits and arts administration. In addition, Filip has held significant administrative management roles for high-level entrepreneurs, giving her a unique business perspective to balance her experience in the arts.
As an actress and union member of Actor's Equity Association, she has appeared in several National touring companies and has been featured on nearly every stage in the Chicagoland area. Recently, she turned her focus back to her roots as a singer/songwriter, releasing the debut album, "Stop Time". Her work as a playwright and director has spanned over the course of three decades, highlighted by professional productions, writing commissions and extensive collaborations to develop new plays and musicals. Most recently, Lara performed to crowds that totaled over 85,000, at The Paramount Theatre, as Buddy the Elf's Stepmom, Emily Hobbs, in Elf - The Musical!Her original, literary-based children's theatre productions have toured local schools, libraries and cultural venues for the past ten years, feeding her desire to inspire the next generation of story tellers. In addition, Lara is an avid equestrian, having lived and studied in Ireland, where she received her certification as a rider and trainer from the British Horse Society.
Jenin Paradise, Venue Director + Event Coordinator | Self-Acclaimed Style Stalker
Jenin Paradise's abundance of creative ideas & inspirations related to everything wedding, design & styling, landed her the role as the Venue Director & Wedding / Event Coordinator at Arranmore Farm & Polo Club. As a lifestyle blogger, Jenin is intimately familiar with the demands of the current marketplace and is able to tailor her designs accordingly. Jenin brings her expertise to all she does and is happy to utilize her skills at Arranmore.
Jenin joined the Arranmore team in early Spring of 2015 & is exactly the type of person you want on your team if you plan to bring you own ideas to life. She’s enterprising, energetic + portrays a passion for her work. You can find Jenin on her fashion/lifestyle blog Planning for Paradise, Literally and chasing after her son Rush.
Carrie Ostreko, Assistant Director + Coordinator | The Documenter
As a business owner and a regional manager, Carrie’s journey has led her to Arranmore Farm & Polo Club on an almost perfect course in the spring of 2018. One road, the creative one, as a professional photographer for weddings, events and just about anything that she loves to capture for over 12 years. The other road, in her role as an area manager of upwards of 40 staff members and growing/maintaining professional business to business relationships for almost 10 years.
As a planner/documenter not only is she self-motivated but she is also team player and a creative soul that can be found with a camera in one hand and a planner in the other.
Carrie has a get it done personality and is driven by helping people. She also loves to capture the journey every step of the way. Here at Arranmore, you will find her assisting with sponsors, contracts, as well as in person at events and with clients. No doubt you will also see her snapping photos at our events.
Carrie has been around horses her whole life and continues to love all things equine. On her downtime you can find her relaxing in the country, chilling with her family, and enjoying the great outdoors doing everything from running to riding.

The One and Only
Lisa Gangi's experience with horses started in childhood and stretched from Chicagoland to Wyoming; in her ten-plus years in Naperville, she has focused on philanthropic and business relationships. Lisa is thrilled to now bring all of these together. Lisa is a small-business owner, hobbyist musician, and mother to two teenagers.
Heidi Booth, Finance + Marketing Manager | Enchanting Wizard
Five years ago Heidi Booth traded in her full-time career and long train commute into the city to be a stay-at-home mom. Desiring to still maintain a corporate presence, she joined the team in 2015 and has enjoyed the best of both worlds ever since! Heidi is the go to person for all behind-the-scenes activities related to proposals/contracts, invoicing, event ticketing, web design and promotions. In her past, she earned her M.B.A. and B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. She is married and lives locally with her husband and two adorable little girls, Hannah + Clara.
