OUR HISTORY
At Arranmore Farm + Polo Club, we saw an opportunity to share our unique experience with the community and beyond. For sixteen years, Arranmore was a private, family-owned farm. But since opening our gates to the public in 2011 with the CabCab concert series, we’ve expanded to offer polo and other outdoor events, attracting thousands of attendees each season. We’re also committed to forming positive, strategic partnerships with like-minded companies and organizations, with community involvement at the heart of our mission.
The name Arranmore (árainn mhór) comes from the island of Arranmore, five miles off the coast of County Donegal, Ireland, where Shannon Greene’s maternal family originates. Her relatives still live there today. It’s a place where time slows down, life becomes simpler, and neighbors are like family—where community is everything.
On Arranmore, there’s a deep love of life, an appreciation for family celebrations, a fierce pride in heritage, and a love of music that’s passed down through generations. It’s a place where people "Beo Spreag" or "Live Inspired."
Inspiration comes naturally to the people of Arranmore. Removed from mainstream distractions and deeply connected to tradition and heritage, their unique character is allowed to flourish.
This is the philosophy that Shannon and the Greene family hold close to their hearts, and one they are proud to share with their own community.
MAKE OUR TRADITION YOURS.
Each summer season, Arranmore invites guests to experience something truly special. From intimate gatherings to memorable outdoor events, we offer unique opportunities to connect with friends, family, and colleagues in an unforgettable setting.
Arranmore is thrilled to continue fostering partnerships with local organizations, enhancing the experience for our community with a variety of events that celebrate tradition, culture, and the spirit of togetherness. We’re excited to share these experiences with you and look forward to welcoming you to a season filled with fresh, enriching memories.
